Rupali Shete

Co-founder & HR Strategist

Rupali Shete co-founded People Sharp Technologies with a rich 20-year background in tech and HR. An alumna of Government College of Engineering, Pune, she evolved from IT roles at Patni and Wipro to entrepreneurship in education and HR. Today, she leads as the HR Head, shaping innovative talent solutions and fostering female entrepreneurship with insights from IIM Bangalore.
