Job Description (JD) –
We are seeking a skilled Revit MEP Designer with extensive experience in HVAC systems and parametric family creation. As a member of our team, you will work on international BIM projects across various regions including the USA, UK, Australia, Canada, and the Middle East. Your primary responsibilities will include modeling HVAC products in Revit MEP, developing parametric families, and contributing to the design and coordination of MEP systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize more than 3 years of experience in Revit MEP to model HVAC systems, generate HVAC layouts, and create and modify ductwork using Revit tools.
Develop parametric families to streamline the design process and enhance project efficiency.
Collaborate on international Revit MEP BIM projects, ensuring adherence to project requirements and standards across multiple regions.
Perform heating and cooling load calculations and conduct building performance analyses using analytical models.
Coordinate with project managers and other disciplines to resolve design conflicts and ensure seamless integration of MEP systems.
